I’m a reporter interested in energy and environment issues and communities. Currently, I dig up accountability stories in San Diego County’s rural areas for inewsource as a Report for America corps member.

Previously, I wrote about the complicated aftermath of the Camp Fire for the Chico Enterprise-Record and about transportation and climate policy for E&E News.

I take teaching journalism skills and media literacy seriously. I’m a listener. I believe in local news. Born in Switzerland and raised in the Bay Area, I’m most at home in the outdoors, scaling peaks or swinging in a hammock under the stars.
